Call 816-365-7101 to cancel. These reservations go into the Reschedule File. Call at your convenience to reschedule. SPECIAL OCCASION PACKAGES canceled on the day of reservation, you can pick up the cake and balloons at our ticket booth, weather permitting, otherwise you forfeit them. Your reservation will go into the Reschedule File for the remainder of your package.
