REFUND POLICY:

There is a $25 Refund Processing Fee, unless WE cancel for inclement weather or for OUR unforeseen circumstances. Special Occasion Packages where you cannot pick up your cake & balloons will incur a $15 cake charge plus $10 helium balloon charge, in addition to the refund processing fee.
